I Love Us!

Happy Wednesday!!! I hope you are enjoying your week.  Once again, we received another 2 feet of snow and the kids had to miss two more days of school.....UGHHHH....that is about all I can say at this point when it comes to snow!
I am happy to say that I am this weeks challenge hostess for Stampotique  Originals Designers challenge.  With it being Valentines day week, I decided to go with, a love or hearts challenge.  While my hubby and I have been married too long to celebrate Valentines, I do still very much love it.  I love all the candy and pink, and did I say pink....It's such a fun day!
For this weeks challenge, I continued with my journal, and created this journal page, using Lineup. The rest of the page is really just shapes cut out and glued on.  Very simple.  I did computer generate the sentiment, as it is what my hubby and I say to each other.   Well, I hope you enjoyed this weeks project and I hope you will join us over at SO for a chance at $30.00 in free product.... Have a great day!

Happiness

Happy Thursday!!!! I hope you are enjoying your week thus far...Sadly, it is snowing AGAIN here today and we are expecting a "significant" snow storm on from Sunday into Monday....UGH....There is approx 50 inches of snow on the ground from the last 3 weeks and I'm not sure how much more I can take......I am dreaming for the warm sun, green grass, and a whole lot of Vitamin D......A girl can dream right!
Keeping warm temps in mind, I created this mini journal page for this weeks challenge over at Stampotique Originals.  This weeks challenge hosted by  Sue Davies and here is what she has to say:
"Ever since I was small I've loved the color yellow and the rest of the citrus colors.  They are just so fresh and always make me feel happy.  So, this week I want you to use citrus colors and spread the happiness!"

I took this challenge and thought what would make me happy, and went with flowers.  I will admit that this color challenge was a bit difficult for me, as I tend toward bolder colors and pinks, but I was was dying to use theses flowers and couldn't think of a better challenge to do so. The flower stamps I used had no stems, so I drew them (don't laugh). I am not the best drawer, but I had a vision in mind so I did my best.  I hope you will play with us this at Stampotique and enter the challenge for a possible chance to win $30.00 in product. Hope you see you there. Send you warm wishes :)

Happy Tuesday!!!! I hope you are enjoying your week thus far.  We have been hit with two very large snow storms here in New Hampshire, and school and work has been cancelled.  SO with all my free time, I have been breaking out my inks and journaling, and caring for our brand new puppy Tuukka.

We got Tuukka on Saturday at our local humane Society.  He is a terrier mix and he is 10 weeks old.  He honestly the sweetest puppy ever and demands to be held, which no of us mind....Look at that face...Who could resist.
So, this weeks challenge, we are celebrating love....in keeping with my goal this year, I created another journal page.  This page was inspired by a page I saw here on pinterest. I really liked how my journal page turned out for this weeks challenge.
