Nichols.  I also decorated the inside of my card using Stampotique Originals Happy Bird-Day sentiment. I completely adore this birdy image!!!  So, we want to see what is new to you for this challenge!

Happy Sunday! I am happily sitting in my nice warm house relaxing today.  Last night, her in New Hampshire we received 13 inches of snow, which means a PJ kind of day for me!
Today, I am sharing a card I made using I Brake For Stamp's Snow Family rubber stamp. I completely enjoyed making this card, it was so fun to color and it makes a great holiday card.  The great thing about this image, is how cute an simple it is, and it can actually be reproduced easily for holiday cards.  Well, I am off to snuggle on the couch. I Brake For Ruldolph!

Happy Thursday! I hope you had a great week.  For me, this has been a very nice week. I only had to work on Monday and Tuesday and then Wednesday, My Mom, my Aunt and I took a train to NYC for the day and did a little sight seeing, a little shopping, and some eating. We had a GREAT time. My only complaint was time....I wanted to spend more time there.  All in all we had a great day and I am already looking forward to going again next year.

It was Christmas throughout the city

This years Christmas tree at Rockefeller center
One of the many gorgeous windows at Macys

My Aunt and My Mom, enjoyed the day with me

So, let me tell you a little bit about this super cute image that I used on my card.  The image I used is Rudolph, which is a rubber stamp, and he can be found at I Brake For Stamps! This stamp is super cute and as I was making this card, I was thinking how cute he would look as a Christmas ornament, or give tags.  He is definitely a staple in my Christmas collection.  Well, I hope you liked the card, and if you would like to purchase it, please feel free to use my DT code and save 10% off your total purchase. Going Grey With Scrap-Creations Challenge: Holiday!

Happy Tuesday!!! Can you believe that December is here...I can't even believe that Christmas is in 3 weeks...UGH....I am not ready. Christmas is coming faster and faster this year. I swear, I blinked my eyes and it became December.  I have only just begun my shopping, and for the first time ever, my kids have no idea what they want for Christmas.  I am pretty sure this will end up costing my big bucks in the end...They will throw some expensive electronics item at me, at the last minute, you wait and see!
So, the image on my card, is an idea of how I looked on Black Friday...Just kidding. I slept in till 8am, and then ventured out to join the rest of the crazy people, and did a little bit of shopping.  Unfortunately, I ended up shopping for crafty stuff for myself, and not so much Christmas shopping...ooopss. So, with all this talk of the holidays, I find it fitting for this weeks Challenge to be HOLIDAY THEME!

My card this week was also created for The day 2 of the 12 days of Creepmas over at Airless Chambers blog.  I used I love my prezzies digi image from Rick St. Dennis, and created this creepy Holiday themed card...Her dress made me think pink, and I so had to go with the Bite Me sentiment to go with the presents.  I love how creepy she is. She reminds me of a "walker" on the Walking Dead.  If you get a chance, come on over and visit the Rick St. Dennis DT for the 12 Day of Creepmas.  The girls are amazingly talented!  So, whatcha waiting for, come share your Holiday projects with us :)
We had a fabulous turn out last week for our "Make it Sparkle" challenge, and have drooling over all the awesome projects, I have come up with the following for the TOP 3, and they are:

Winter Wonderland

Happy Thursday! I hope you are having a great week.  I am happy to say that I have the next 3 days off. My Son is in a Hockey tournament this weekend, so we are off to Connecticut for a hockey weekend and a mini vacation.  I am looking forward to it, all except the COLD rink.
Speaking of cold, I have a winter card to share with you today.  I used 2012 outhouse Digi by Rick St. DennisI love this image because it has a big country feel to it.  It is a great image, that allows  for pretty much any saying!
This week Rick St. Dennis is Sponsoring
                            Trimmies Craft Challenge
And the challenge is based on a picture of a snowy garden, which is where I got the inspiration for my card.  Be sure to check them out, and play with us.  Have a great weekend, and Happy Creating!

Going Grey With Scrap-Creations Challenge: Make it Sparkle

Happy Tuesday! Here we are for another week of Going Grey With Scrap-Creations. This week we have a fun and easy challenge for you, and one of Peggy's favorites!.  This week we want to see your cards SPARKLE!!! I for one, am not a "sparkle" kind of girl.  I hate using glitter on my cards, as I find it messy and difficult.  For this weeks challenge, I made a holiday card using The Night Before Christmas Digi by Rick St. Dennis, which is available at I Brake For Stamps, and if you haven't had a chance to check out I Brake for Stamps, you have to take a look.  Della has so many, both Digi and rubber, and if you see something you like, please feel free to use my DT code:SAVE10KRISTEN and save 10% on your total order!
I completely love this image...love, love, love Rick's mice images.  How cute is he??? As you can see, I even used glitter...well, not really glitter...I used stickles, cause they are easy...hehehe!  Like I said, I am not a glitter kinda girl, but I know many of you are.  So, lets see those sparkly projects!!!!
Last weeks Give thanks projects were wonderful. You all are so creative.  As always, it was it is so difficult to pick the just three, but after much deliberation, last weeks GIVE THANK TOP 3 are:

                                                                          Elizabeth

                                                                         Susan
                                                                          Julie

Autumn Nap

Happy Saturday!  Today I am off to a huge craft fair in Boston Ma, and I am really looking forward to it, as I haven't had much "me" time lately.  Nothing like spending the day with one of my good friends enjoying some girl time and crafts.  As Christmas approaches, the craft fairs are popping up all over the place. Hard to believe Christmas is next month.....
Today I want to share with you a card I just made using Rick St. Dennis's Autumn Nap image, which you can find on his new Zibbet site.  If you haven't had time to check out his new site, you must. He has 100's, of images, and such a variety.  How cute is this mouse...Love him, he was super quick to color and would make for a note card set for a gift to someone!  Well, I hope you have a great day and happy creating!

Going Grey With Scrap-Creations Challenge: Give Thanks

Happy Tuesday & Happy November!!! I hope you had a great weekend.  Mine was pretty busy, 3 Hockey games, a visit to my MIL's, and I managed a few hours with the girls to do some coloring.  I really do love my little "crafty" group of ladies, and I cherish our once a month get together.  Nothing like girl talk, healthy food, and crafts to create a great day!
So, I can't believe it's November already and we are just approx 7 weeks away from Christmas....How the heck did that happen.  Honestly, where did the time go.  I guess i should start thinking about Christmas shopping, and gift making....  Well, before I lose myself in Christmas, let me pull myself back into November and celebrate this weeks Challenge with: Give Thanks...This week we want to see your Thanksgiving, or thankful cards.   For the Challenge, I used Pretty Pumpkin rubber stamp, which is available at I Brake For Stamps.  I went with a grateful sentiment, and will be sending this card to my sweet little nice Rowan for Thanksgiving.  This image would be great for fall, Thanksgiving, or any fall Birthday or note card.  I love these Chelsea Le Design stamps.  They are super fun to color...
WOWZERS....As you may know, Halloween is a favorite for me and you all did such fabulous projects.  It was impossible for me to pick the TOP 3 this week, so Peggy did it for me, and her TOP 3 from the Halloween challenge are:

                                                                             Christy
                                                                            Glenda
                                                                            Tracey
